What should I do if I think my piece of gear is broken upon arrival?

If you’ve received a defective item, please contact our support team by opening a ticket request through our contact form. We will promptly assist you and issue a return authorization (RA) number.

To ensure the quickest service, please make sure to provide your order number, purchase date, details on the issues you are experiencing, and any other information that may be helpful in locating your order quickly. 

For defects reported within 30 days of purchase, we will cover the shipping costs within the U.S. and provide a shipping label. You can choose either a replacement unit or a refund. For items from our Used Catalogue, only a refund is available.

For international orders, we will arrange reimbursement for return shipping costs upon receipt of a valid shipping receipt. Please note that duties are not refundable and currency conversion can fluctuate different rates.
