Manufacturer’s Warranty:
- Coverage and time periods vary by brand.
- Warranty starts from the date you receive the item from us.
- If we cannot confirm the issue when testing upon arrival, we may return the original unit to you.
Extended Warranty Service:
- Free Extended Warranty: We offer a free one-year warranty extension beyond the manufacturer’s warranty of up to two years.
- Shipping: You only need to cover the shipping costs to and from our shop; we’ll handle the rest.
Conditions & Exclusions:
- The product is covered if rendered inoperable under normal operating conditions.
- Warranty only applies to qualifying items and is non-transferable.
- We reserve the right to repair or replace the item, with unique cases receiving special consideration.
- Coverage excludes issues caused by improper use (e.g., water damage).
- Consumable parts, software, speakers, used or vintage products, and DIY products are not covered.
- Items electronically modified by the user are not eligible for the extended warranty.
- Cosmetically modified items may be repaired but are not eligible for replacement if deemed unrepairable by the manufacturer.
- Certain items may be excluded from coverage due to manufacturer requests (e.g., tubes, capsules, and ribbon components in microphones).
- If an item is discontinued or no longer covered by the manufacturer warranty, we will not be able to provide a repair or replacement.

- To initiate a warranty return, please send us a message on our contact page with your order number, order date, and name of the item you'd like to return along with any issues. We will provide the necessary address and further instructions to initiate the return or repair process.
