Did you add, move, or replace any modules recently? Erratic power issues may be caused by a module being plugged in backwards or a damaged power cable. Check your connections to ensure each module is plugged in correctly at both the module and power connections on your case. You may also be drawing more current than the case provides. Using modulargrid.net, you can check the power requirements from each module and compare the total current draw to the maximum current supplied by your case. If you are very near or over the maximum current provided on any power rail, you will likely need a new case with more power.
