Where can I find my order ID?

Having your order ID ready for any order-specific questions or changes can greatly reduce the amount of time needed to resolve your request. To find your order ID:

Online Orders

After placing an order on our website you should receive an email with the subject "Your Perfect Circuit order confirmation." Your order ID will be a 9-digit number in the body of that email.

A record of your orders is also available under the My Orders tab on your account.

In-Store Orders

Your order ID will be a 6-digit number on your receipt.

Reverb

After placing an order on Reverb you should receive an order confirmation with an 8-digit order ID. You can also view past orders under Buying > Purchases on your Reverb account
