Risk-Free Returns

Perfect Circuit offers risk-free returns for nearly all new items in our catalog.

Most items have a 30-day return window starting from the date of shipment.

Return Guidelines:

• 15-Day Risk-Free Returns: If you initiate a return within 15 days of the shipment date, no restocking fees will apply.
• Restocking Fees: Returns made after 15 days, as well as Demo, B-stock, and Used items, are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Restocking fees also apply if an item returned within the 15-day window is damaged, missing components, or otherwise unfit for resale.
• Shipping Costs: Outgoing shipping costs will be charged for change-of-mind returns and for faulty or warranty claims that we are unable to verify.

Damaged Items:

• If your item arrives damaged, please take photos of the item and packaging and email them, along with your RMA, to orders@perfectcircuit.com.

Refund Processing:

• Once your return is received at our warehouse, please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to be processed.

Additional Notes:

• High-volume return customers may have a restocking fee reinstated after an account review. We reserve the right to adjust restocking fees at our discretion.
