Demo and B-Stock Items

Some of the items we offer have been previously owned or demoed in our showroom; this distinction is indicated on the page corresponding page for that specific item.

These items have a 30-day return window with a 15% restocking fee. Demo and B-Stock items include a full manufacturer’s warranty.

Demo

A demo unit is an item that has been previously used for demo purposes. As such, it is in “like new” condition with a full manufacturer’s warranty and all original accessories.

B-Stock

This designation indicates that the item may show some signs of wear or might be missing original packaging/accessories. It does not necessarily imply that an item has been returned, though this may be the case; rather, it is based on the physical condition of the item and its accessories.
