How can I clear my browser's cache?

Over time, your web browser stores temporary files, images, and data from our website. These files help our site load faster and allow us to remember your preferences, but they can also occasionally cause issues like outdated pages, login problems, or display errors. To clear out this data:

Google Chrome

Desktop

  1. Click the ⋮ three dots in the top-right corner.

  2. Go to Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data.

  3. Choose a Time range (e.g. All time for a full reset).

  4. Check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.

  5. Click Clear data.

Mobile

  1. Tap the ⋮ (Android) or ⋯ (iOS) menu.

  2. Go to History → Clear browsing data.

  3. Select Cookies, site data, and Cached images and files.

  4. Tap Clear browsing data.

Firefox

Desktop

  1. Click the ☰ menu and go to Settings → Privacy & Security.

  2. Scroll to Cookies and Site Data.

  3. Click Clear Data…

  4. Check both Cookies and Site Data and Cached Web Content.

  5. Click Clear.

Mobile

  1. Tap the ☰ menu → Settings → Delete browsing data.

  2. Choose Cookies and Cached images/files.

  3. Tap Delete browsing data.

Safari

Desktop

  1. Open Safari → Settings (or Preferences).

  2. Go to the Privacy tab.

  3. Click Manage Website Data…

  4. Select Remove AllRemove Now.

Mobile

  1. Go to Settings → Safari.

  2. Tap Clear History and Website Data.

  3. Confirm by tapping Clear History and Data.

Microsoft Edge

Desktop

  1. Click the ⋯ three dots in the top-right corner.

  2. Go to Settings → Privacy, search, and services.

  3. Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.

  4. Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.

  5. Click Clear now.

Mobile

  1. Tap the ⋯ menu → Settings → Privacy and security.

  2. Tap Clear browsing data.

  3. Check Cookies and Cached images/files.

  4. Tap Clear.
