Buying Used Gear

All of our used gear is guaranteed to be in 100% working condition unless otherwise noted. Any cosmetic defects will be listed on the product page and clearly photographed. 

Used gear is previously owned; as such, it may show signs of wear or might be missing original packaging/accessories. Used product listings on our site include pictures and written notes documenting all included accessories and peripheral items. All used Eurorack modules include an appropriate power cable.

Used gear is exempt from coupons and sales promotions unless otherwise noted.

Returns

We accept returns on all used gear not listed in our return exemptions within 30 days for a 15% restocking fee. However, if any fault is found with the item that was not previously disclosed the restocking fee will be waived. Used Gear does not include a warranty.
